It was ok. The food is usually good but also full of salt and calories. You really have to pay attention. I had chili today but next time I'll go to wendy's instead.

The absolute WORST restaurant experience I have ever had. Looking forward to telling corporate all about it. My family of 6 was seated quickly but that was the only fast thing about it. Service and food were painfully slow. Food was delicious, though, I must say. The night truly fell apart after we finished our meal. We ordered two desserts for the family to share: a skillet chocolate chip cookie and a skillet brownie. We waited. And waited. And waited. Finally they came. The spoons for our dessert were stuck in the skillets. I pulled out a spoon from the brownie and went to lick it and burned my tongue to the point of tearing up in the middle of Chili's. Bad move on Chili's part, sticking the silverware directly in the extremely hot dishes thus heating up the metal. To top it off, the cookie was still dough and the brownie was just batter even after all that time we waited. We asked for a manager, and after waiting for her for twenty minutes, she was the RUDEST. Not even apologetic, no strides to make anything right.

Super slow service and COLD food. Very disappointed. Took over 35 minutes to get our food. Waitress was non-existent for over 25 minutes. Someone else had to deliver our cold food to us.

Worst restaurant experience I've ever had!! Terrible all around! Poor service, pro food quality, and poorer management. The female manager was absolutely the rudest person I've ever dealt with.

The place is a joke, after multiple visits here we have figured out the following. 1- drinks take about 40 minutes, 30 of those are for someone to notice you need one. 2- if you get the right food the first or second time you must work here and have ordered it yourself. 3- the place is good to watch a tv, be thirsty and hungry, nothing else. This is all after over 2 years of randomly coming here.

Worst service ever! The bartenders seemed bothered to serve me and shocked I ordered a coke. Never asked me if everything was ok and it wasn't btw. Salad was wrong. Never said thank you and when I asked for an itemized receipt she seemed irritated. Will never go back

Only Chili's anywhere close. Terrible service. Sat for 25 minutes without ANYONE stopping to take our drink orders. Walked out, don't think anyone even noticed.

I usually don't go into tacky chain places like this, but it was close and I wanted a drink. The bartender was a sweetheart and I'd come back just for her. The clientele was a bit odd, some hot cowboys sitting in grass out front talking about roping calves etc...it seemed a bit lonely and a conversation that would lead to them having sex in a barn later that night....but I digress. I'll go back for another drink and possibly a desperate cowpoke.

This is a spot we frequent regularly-almost every time we are in Glenwood Springs. Our last visit left a lot to be desired. The service was REALLY slow! Lets start with our drinks. First round took about 10 minutes to get. Second round had to be asked for 2 times. Waiter came by & asked if we would like more drinks. The answer was yes. We waited about 20 minutes for him to return. He didn't, my husband tracked him down & asked for a second round. He forgot & then ignored us. The food was OK. I will say OK because we ordered chips & salsa & guacamole for our appetizer. You can't screw that up! Our entrees on the other hand-totally hit & miss! This was when the service hit a serious decline. It took forever. The 2 parties eating close by (one at the bar & another at the table next to us) came after us, had drinks & food & left before us. It took forever! We ordered their specialty-baby back ribs. We sent them back, they were ice cold. I am not kidding! There was nothing "fall off of the bone" about these ribs. They were COLD-it can't fall off if it is frozen on! The pizza was good. It took so long to get another order of ribs out that the pizza was gone & we weren't hungry anymore. The second set of ribs...COLD. Not a joke. We just politely asked them to put them in a to go container & left. At the end of the day, not an apology was given, no manager came by-it was ignored by all. This experience made me think we might not hit this spot again...

We spent our honeymoon at Glenwood Springs and Rifle Colorado. Before going into the pool at Glenwood Springs we decided to go to this restaurant. The staff was extremely nice and my partner told them we were on our honeymoon etc.. we ate dinner and then was told by the server that the manager comped the meal for us since we were on our honeymoon. This place rocks! It was so nice to see a restaurant treat people with respect and dignity. When we go up to Glenwood Spings again, we will surely visit this restaurant again. THANKS CHILI'S

The food is good, I'll give them that. I am a little miffed that every time I go in there, the menu has changed, and they got rid of what I wanted to order. But, the food is pretty good. The service, on the other hand, sucks royally. I have never had good service at this location. I've finally given up and won't go here anymore. The food isn't THAT good to compensate for consistently bad service and frustration.

I usually love Chilis. I enjoy the atmosphere as well as the food. Today was a bad experience. It was over an hour before we got our food. When it finally arrives, it was wrong and cold. I will still frequent Chilis, but not this one!

Not good. I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion salad. It was overdressed and soggy. The chicken was flavorless and a weird texture. Not fresh. The quesadilla was good, but it's hard to screw that up. But so is a chicken salad!

This place sucks. Poor service. My table hadn't even been wiped down. The waiter was annoying. The water tastes like it was fresh out of a gutter. The restaurant has a generally douchey atmosphere. And to top it off, the bastards didn't put any pickles on my burger.

Yikes! Chilies was having a bad hair day. Run by young staff who forgot to write down the names of people at the front door. They figured it out and handed out buzzers. Waitress was friendly. Table next to us waited for 1/2 hour to get a server (and complained about it). They were out of all but three side dishes. We had four people and thus, four food orders were placed. One order came out about 30 minutes later. Ten minutes later, the appetizer arrived. 10 to 12 minutes later and the remaining orders arrived, albeit cold and missing a side. This is not run like the front range restaurants. The franchise is not well represented by this location. Cheers.

I'll keep this review short and sweet. Since chillis is a chain, you already know what to expect even before you go in. So what can make each location make it or break it has to do with their food consistency and their service. My waitress was good. Kept drinks filled. And kudos to her for getting our order right even though she didn't write it down. The food we had was good for a chillis. Tip of advice: 2 for $20 meals can make the meals quite affordable.

When we walked in, we were told someone would be with us. Several minutes later we were told to seat ourselves in the bar? Had to ask for refill even though every cup at edge of table. Food did not come complete. My grilled chicken salad was SO hot, i couldnt eat it. Hubby asked why & was told pico. No offer to resolve or discuess. Didnt see her after that. Had to track down for bill.

Reviews are correct, this place sucks. AND... the menu posted on here is incorrect. They do not have several items on the menu. I am staying at the Residence Inn down the street. I called and ordered the light chicken sandwich off of the menu posted here. They said 20 minutes. I waited 25 and left to pick up my food. I got there and was ignored for over 5 minutes. I finally got the attention of someone under the "pick up to go" sign who told me to see the bartender. OK...5 more minutes and she finally asks if she can help me. I told her I was there to get my to go order- she said I had to wait a few minutes for fries. Wait...the lighter menu comes with broccoli. I mentioned this to her and the manager came over. She said they only have 1 chicken sandwich with bacon, cheese, etc. I said that's not what I wanted and I should have been told that when I placed the order. She was nice and made a plain chicken sandwich for me with broccoli. The manager is the only reason for 2 stars- everyone else gets zero stars. I chose Chilis because it was close to the hotel and because Jimmy John's wouldn't deliver. Maybe I will stay in a different town next time I am on the Western Slope for work.

Visited with a bunch of friends. The food was good but what made the experience awesome was the staff. Very cheerful and served everything fast, interacted with us, and also took care of the customization. I am definitely coming back here for the experience whenever I am in this area again! Remember if you play on the tablet on the table you end up paying for it.

We are the older couple that came in at 5:30 for an early dinner after shopping. At 7:00 we are still waiting for our meal. The waitress did come by to tell us our order got lost in the kitchen, but that was 20 minutes ago. Oh wait! Here is our dinner. Hmm, it is ice cold. The manager did pick up the check, but I am leaving hungry. There are better restaurants in Glenwood Springs, not chains, patronize one of them.
